Good but with annoyances

Ok - I paid for the full app. Wouldnt you think theyd let you turn off the constant pimping to buy the theme backgrounds and the companys self promoting screen that pops up every time a new event is created? Suggestion - how about being able to filter and display events separately? It would be nice to be able to set recurring events. You list anniversaries - why not be able to set the event thats being commemorated - say a wedding - then have the app show how long since the event and how long to the next anniversary?
