I purchased the upgrades in a previous version. When the app updated, it forgot my purchase and wants me to pay again. Since the update, it has automatically altered my data to better serve their new in app purchases... requiring me to purchase to return to previous input. Super fail.

I used to love this app. Easy to use, good backgrounds, etc. Id purchased the full version previously. Now it tried to recharge me to upgrade again, but I noticed a little button WAY at the bottom that "restored" my prior purchase. Great... Except that it deleted my backgrounds and it now gives me an error every time I try to get them back bc I havent purchased it... Even though I have. Go find another one. Dont waste space on free version and dont purchase the upgrade whatever you do.

Incredibly annoying to use. Even with paid version they advertise company logo when you bring up the app. Every time. And when you create an event they flash the company logo screen again instead of taking you back to your events list. Not worth the frustrating user experience.

I bought the app for almost 3 bucks and it turns out you have to buy the skins separate! Do Not buy it!

I didnt purchase the upgrade; simple countdown calendar works just fine for me.

After the last update, I get a constant reminder to add holidays to my countdown. Constantly. If I open the app, I get a reminder. After I close the app, I get another reminder. Sometimes more. I stuck it out throughout all the questionable changes. This was the last straw. Delete.

Having never had a previous issue, I recently purchased an iPhone 7 and the new app has not requested access to my calendar. Without this, I cannot configure any new events. How to fix, please?!

i love this app!! i love counting down to exciting days!!! its so fun to see how close events are and how exciting i am to experience those exciting events!!! :)

They keep adding things to make the app better

Ive tried many count down apps. And I always come back to this one. Its definitely my favorite!!! I highly recommend.

I loved this app. It would connect to Facebook and my calendar. It was great. But ever since the update, its been buggy and difficult to use. Im deleting it now. Way to ruin a great app...

I use Countdown only in a very basic way. It always functions correctly for me.

The horrible layout is finally gone! The app is back to being a simple, attractive, colorful list without a giant brown square taking up the entire screen. And just in time for use as a Christmas countdown!

I purchased this app last year. Noticed today that it stopped synching on all my devices. I had to create an account so the app can synch to some unknown server instead of my iCloud account. I used an email address (not the one I used for Facebook) and suddenly my Facebook profile picture is now in the app!!! Seems like this app is grabbing all kinds of data from my device, but still wont synch all events to my over devices. I just get a 403 error and nothing tells you what the problem is or how to fix it. I dont want my events posted on Facebook or put on calendars, I simply want it to synch to all my devices. Because it somehow got my Facebook profile picture, I am deleting the app and looking for another one!

Ok - I paid for the full app. Wouldnt you think theyd let you turn off the constant pimping to buy the theme backgrounds and the companys self promoting screen that pops up every time a new event is created? Suggestion - how about being able to filter and display events separately? It would be nice to be able to set recurring events. You list anniversaries - why not be able to set the event thats being commemorated - say a wedding - then have the app show how long since the event and how long to the next anniversary?

I like the large colorful listing of upcoming events. The countdown of the next event is helpful and I dont have to search through my calendar for birthdays, anniversaries and the like. There are other features I dont currently use that may be helpful to you. Give it a try. While it is possible to share events to other peoples Countdown app, it is a very clunky process. Could use improvement.

The worst thing about this app, the developer and empty promises. First Facebook support was crap, now many months later if I click on an event the app crashes.

Used to be my favorite app of all. All the changes ruined it. Its barely usable. Im very sad

The latest update deleted all my countdowns. Im done. Will look fora different app rather than upgrade.

it helped countdown to my concerts but it bought an upgrade without my knowledge unless you want your money to disappear get his.
